Meet The Team
Robert R. Morgan, Jr, MD, MBA, is the founder of UBooster, Inc. and fully appreciates the dual irony of being an alum of an undergraduate program – Emory University – with no football team and whose personal athletic prowess is confined to occasionally shooting his age (42) during a 9-hole golf outing. Rob attended the Medical College of Georgia, completed residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital, and has served on the Board of Directors of Greenville Anesthesiology, P.A. for the past seven years. He is a member of the current Liberty Fellowship class in South Carolina, has served on numerous boards at the local, state, and national levels, is a former White House Fellowship national finalist, and along with his wife and daughters can occasionally be found sneaking across the South Carolina border to cheer for his favorite childhood team, the Georgia Bulldogs.
Gary Pollock graduated from the University of Georgia in 1982 with a Degree in Business Administration. His primary concentrations of study were International Finance and Business Management. After graduation, Gary started his business career with Merrill Lynch in New York. During the past 20 years, Mr. Pollock built and sold several successful businesses throughout the Southeastern United States. He is a previous Board Member for the University of Georgia Athletic Development Council. After a brief retirement, he currently holds the position as Director of Corporate Sales for a leading Employment Staffing Company with over 6,000 employees. For the past thirty years, he and his family have lived in Greenville, South Carolina.
Matt Dunbar serves on the Board of Directors for UBooster and officially bleeds Clemson orange. He’s not much of an athlete but he did make the cover of the IPTAY (booster club) brochure twice as a student Collegiate Club member. He graduated from Clemson with a Chemical Engineering Degree and later earned an MBA and Masters in Education from Stanford. Matt previously worked for Eastman Chemical Company and the Boston Consulting Group, and is currently the Managing Director of the Upstate Carolina Angel Network, which has invested over $11 million in 36 startup companies. He is also the Co-Founder of the South Carolina Angel Network and the Palmetto Angel Fund. Matt married an Oklahoma Sooner, so he has loyalties in 3 of the 5 Power Conferences, and his 3 young children are well-versed in the appropriate shades of orange, crimson, and cardinal.
